The following Terms & Conditions (here within referred to as "terms") are intended to let you know of your legal rights and responsibilities in using Third Wheel's website www.thirdwheel.com.np (here within referred to as "website") and any other related mobile applications (here within referred to as "app").
Please read the terms carefully before you use the blue book renewal service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. By using the service via mobile app or website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws and our Privacy Policy, which takes effect on the date on which use the service, and create a legally binding arrangement to abide by the same. The materials contained in the Third Wheel are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Customer Responsibilities

• Don’t accept the blue book without government receipt or voucher and Insurance Papers and other proper documents.
• Properly validate all the information of voucher and insurance policy with your blue book information.
• Don’t reveal your excess personal information with delivery person.
• Don’t offer or influence delivery boy anything against law of nepal government.
• Don’t make cash payment without Third Wheel cash receipt.
• Settle & verify everything regarding blue book within 2 days of delivery.
• Don't handover the blue book and other documents to any person except Third Wheel Delivery Person assigned to you.
• In case of any confusion and issues, directly contact to the Third Wheel office. Don't contact to Third Wheel delivery person.

Use of Service

• The customer should have to pay all the Tax and Insurance amount on advance and Third Wheel Service charge after delivery.
• The customer should have to book order from Third Wheel app/website to be a valid user.
• In case of online transactions, until the amount is not received on Third Wheel account, the responsibility of transaction should be managed by customer.
• For any misleading information submitted by customer, the customer should have to bear the consequence arises.
• In case of cancellation of any booked order, the customer should have to inform 1Hrs prior the pickup/drop schedule.
• In case of Refund of cancelled orders, the amount will be refunded only to the customers bank account and it will take upto 5-7 working days.
• Refund from Online payment partners will be carried out according to payment partners policy.
• Once the order is processed and need to be cancelled then customer has to pay 10% service charge.

Responsibility of Service Provider

• In case of excess advance amount refund, the amount will refunded to the customers online payment modes only (Bank, eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, Cheque) within 2 working days after the delivery.
• Third Wheel can cancel booked orders any time if any misleading information is found.
• In case of re-scheduling of scheduled orders the customer is informed priorly via Phone Call, Email, SMS, Viber/WhatsApp.
• About service availability and working days, the notice will be published on Third Wheel Website Blue Book Order booking Page and Notification section of the app and website.
