Third wheel is delighted to inform our valued customers that we have come up with a new service warranty policy, to provide more reliable and trustworthy services.

 

Third Wheel’s warranty service includes:

  1. Up to 3 months or 1200 KM warranty – whichever comes first

  2. Warranty on both labor and parts

  3. Free pickup and drop

  4. Doorstep service as well as Service Center repair service, available

  5. 12/7 availability and online support

 

Terms and Conditions for Third Wheel’s service warranty policy:

There are a few terms and conditions for the eligibility of the warranty claim.

  1. Customers must have a booking order done via the Third Wheel mobile App or Website.

  2. The information submitted to the Third Wheel system should be complete, true, and accurate.

  3. The warranty is provided on any services done at Third Wheel's service center.

  4. The warranty on parts will be applicable if and only if that part is replaced and recommended by the Third Wheel.

  5. The odometer should be in working condition throughout the warranty period.

  6. Online booking should be done via respective bike/scooter with valid registration numbers and details. The warranty can not be exchanged with other bikes/scooters and people.

  7. To claim the warranty, the customer must have cleared his/her previous bill amounts.

  8. Any wear and tear are not covered by our warranty policy. Any accidental damage is not covered by our warranty policy. ( Examples like )
    1. any damage to a part of the bike or scooter caused by a collision with another vehicle

    2. damage caused by extreme weather like a flood or a tree falling on your bike or scooter in high winds

    3. damage caused by another person, either accidentally or maliciously

    4. external damage to bodywork as a result of contact with a stationary object.

  9. Parts replacement or maintenance authority always with the company Third Wheel Pvt Ltd.

  10. For the claim process of warranty, the customer must have a signed agreement copy till the warranty period.

  11. Our service warranty is available on these brands only: Honda, Yamaha, Hero, TVS, Royal Enfield, Vespa & Aprilla, Bajaj, Suzuki.


Note: The warranty service is applicable for all customers who have done servicing since January 01, 2022.
